Important Information for Our Valued Clients
Price Discrepancy Between Locations: Please be aware that prices may vary between our two locations. We recommend asking for an estimate before services if you have any concerns about the cost.
Medication Refills: Kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for medication refills to ensure they are available when needed.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds for services, supplies, medications, or over-the-counter items. All sales are final.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you haven't yet had a chance to review our Appointment Cancellation Policy, that you agreed to with your first appointment, please request a copy from our front desk. I
Payment at Time of Service: Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
We have established these policies to ensure the highest level of veterinary care for all our patients. Due to the demand for our services, we strive to accommodate all our patients in a timely manner. Your attention to these policies is greatly appreciated.
Our Commitment to Quality Care:
Appointment Etiquette: When a patient misses their scheduled appointment, it leaves an unused slot that could have been used for another pet in need. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel, allowing us to offer the slot to another patient.
Appointment Scheduling Charge: A non-refundable $40 appointment scheduling charge will be collected at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied to your scheduled appointment. In case of cancellation or rescheduling prior to the required 48 hours' notice, the fee will be applied to your next appointment. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to have your card securely stored for this purpose.
New Clients: New clients will incur a $40 fee for a missed or no-show initial appointment. This fee must be settled before rescheduling a subsequent appointment.
Existing Clients: Established clients failing to provide 48-hour notice for cancellation or who miss their appointment will be assessed a $40 fee, payable at their next visit or before any medication refill.
Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please contact us by phone, text, or leave a voicemail at the location of your appointment, even after hours.
Acknowledgment: I acknowledge and accept the one-time $40 scheduling fee, which will be collected at the time of scheduling my pet’s appointment. I understand that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of my cancelling ahead of time. I authorize the staff at Integrative Veterinary Hospital to collect this fee from me prior to scheduling my pet’s appointment.
Reminder Notifications: We strive to provide courtesy appointment reminders through calls and text messages when time allows. Please note that if you do not receive a reminder, the above policy remains in effect.
